Football Friday

FFF Camps would like to introduce a special new event called "Football Friday" being held this Friday (2/28) and the last Friday of every month. "Football Friday" is an overnight fun-filled event including speical guest speakers, food, movies, and lots of friendly activities for our camp members to enjoy. The cost for overnight stay is $10 a ticket which includes a t-shirt and access to all of the booths that will be set up in our facilities for the night of events. This is a great opportunity for camp members to make new friends and learn special techniques that we don't have time to discuss in our normal sessions.

Please join us at our Eau Claire facility this Friday at 7 p.m. to experience this wonderful new event! If you have any questions please call Brandon at 715-533-9396

A little privacy please???

The social-media giant Facebook may be giving out more of your information than you like. There are several "privacy settings" than you can adjust on Facebook to make you more protected from privacy invaders. You can adjust who sees your wall posts, who sees your photos, and who can find you on Facebook.

I don't currently have a Facebook and part of the reason is because my privacy settings were very low, much like many others. I had very unprofessional photos and posts from myself and others all over my Facebook page. Potential employers would not have thought I was a very professional candiate based on my Facebook page.

If I still had a Facebook, I would have adjusted my privacy settings to the most private possible. I had way too many Facebook "friends" that didn't really know me and would have had access to all of my embarassing photos and information.

FFF Camps is now on Twitter! #WeMadeIt

Twitter is one of the fastest growing social media sites out there. Users can send "tweets" which are up to 140 characters and are publicly viewable. You can "follow" friends, family, businesses, or complete strangers, which is a lot like "friending" on other social media sites. Think of Twitter as a customizable mini-blog.

Some of the cons of using Twitter for my business is that not many of our camp-goers are on Twitter. However, it is a great way for people to get updates on FFF Camps and stay informed.

An engage tweet: Re-tweet this picture of Clay Matthews by 2/15 for a chance to win a one-on-one session!

An entertain tweet: Check out these highlights from one of our camp directors!  http://bit.ly/1fTTFh5

An inform tweet: Click the link for the dangers of childhood obesity. http://1.usa.gov/1kchnoB Another reason to come to FFF camps.

Half-off memberships this week only! #NationalWizardWeek

Big shout-out to @aaronrodgers for helping out with our last contest! Thanks Aaron
